I auditioned for 'Angreji Medium', and that's how I got it in my kitty. I cannot reveal a lot of things but it wasn't a script that was just offered to me. I had to audition for it.

I hate wearing make-up, I hate doing my hair. With events and everything, you dress up so much that you get exhausted. So, whenever I go to Delhi, I'm in my dad's oversized shirt and torn shorts.
I love auditioning because I also get the confidence that I can play the character and the producer is aware of what I can do.
I was a dance instructor and during a musical show Ekta Ma'am had spotted me. I got a call from her then and without any audition, I was directly called for the screen test.
I have realied where my priorities are where do I want to keep it on my health or being with my loved ones.
As an actor, I feel my job is to perform with utmost honesty and then it is just the film's fate. Of course, you want as many people as possible to watch your film, but there are too many factors and circumstances that come in between.
Even I had a lull period in between when I was sitting at my home without work for a year and a half. There was a time when I did not know whether my film will be made or not. I had no clue back then, but I did not sit and complain.
