Like the United Nations, there is something inspirational about New York as a great melting pot of different cultures and traditions. And if this is the city that never sleeps, the United Nations works tirelessly, around the clock around the world.
So often animals come into shelters where their owners have passed away. And they've been perfect pets for most of their lives. So there's an adult animal sitting in a cage that's completely trained, sleeps through the night, is past that puppy stage.
I don't care who anybody sleeps with. If a couple has been together all that time - and there are gay relationships that are more solid than some heterosexual ones - I think it's fine if they want to get married. I don't know how people can get so anti-something.
