I am not a retailer - I have never run a store; I have never understood the full details of how you can make a consumer satisfied. To build a company, to do deals, to motivate people: this is what I am able to do.
Now I don't work for the money or the glory. I just work because I like building businesses.
My brain goes in just one direction. The Future. I don't worry about the present. By the time you talk about the present, it's gone.
I have to say that most of the deals I have done initially were badly received, and after a while, people realised that maybe I was not that wrong.
