Anakin Skywalker: Because of Obi-Wan?

Anakin Skywalker: [looks beside Padme, sees Obi-Wan standing at the ship's exit overhearing them and becomes enraged and paranoid] Liar!

the ramp to confront Anakin and becomes paralyzed with fear] No!
Anakin Skywalker: [referring to Obi-Wan] You're with him! You've brought him here to kill me!
[begins choking Padme by the throat with the Force]

Mace Windu: In the name of the Galactic Senate of the Republic, you're under arrest, Chancellor.
Supreme Chancellor: Are you threatening me, Master Jedi?
Mace Windu: The senate will decide your fate.
Supreme Chancellor: [now speaking as Darth Sidious] I AM the senate!

[the Chancellor/Darth Sidious rises slowly, and his lightsaber snaps to his hand from his sleeve]
Supreme Chancellor: It's treason, then...
[ignites his lightsaber and leaps over his desk to attack]

Obi-Wan: I have failed you, Anakin. I have failed you.
Anakin Skywalker: I should have known the Jedi were plotting to take over!
Obi-Wan: Anakin, Chancellor Palpatine is evil!

[Vader growls, and his Dark Side strength crushes everything around him in the room. He frees himself from the metal stretcher, and steps off. Palpatine has a smirk on his face]
Darth Vader: Nooooooooooooooooooo!

Anakin Skywalker: [after killing Mace Windu and in disarray] What have I done?
Darth Sidious: You are fulfilling your destiny, Anakin. Become my apprentice. Learn to use the dark side of the Force.
Anakin Skywalker: I will do whatever you ask.

Anakin Skywalker: Just
