When you see a merger between two giants in a declining industry, it can look like the financial version of a couple having a baby to save a marriage.

I just got hooked. I thought, 'Wow, I've never done this before.'

In the industry, you do need some ethics - if one film does well, then thousands get work and money comes back to the industry. I guess the bottomline is, if there are two versions, then the better one will click.
